A lot of reviews and test mags have all come to the same conclusion about the Loki and none of them expected it. It ended up being one of the favorites in the testing circles proving to be a lot more fun than expected. You can probably see a theme if you have look at our range of bike we stock, we always mention ‘FUN’ as that is what we are on this planet to do. The Orbea Loki 27.5+ certainly brings the fun and chaos to the trail.
This Orbea Loki H20 27.5+ is a great spec for the money sitting in the middle of the range. Your up to date with boost axles, Sram NX 1×11 full drivetrain, air forks but towards the lower end of performance but perfectly capable for flying around your local riding spots and enjoying life with family and friends.
The large 27.5+ x 2.8″ tyres provide a surprisingly amount of grip so you can literally monster truck over roots, up technical climbs and down technical descents. All of the Orbea Loki models from the H30 to the H-LTD follow the same basic blueprint—slack head angle (67 degrees), long-ish top tube, low bottom bracket, 120-millimeter travel fork.
Plus-size tires make this Orbea Loki Hardtail a lot more fun to ride on a lot more trails making it extremely versatile on more tracks that other standard 27.5 hardtails out there. Sure its not a thoroughbred race machine but thats not what its intended purpose is, its to enjoy the trails and make a hardtail more versatile.
